    problem once again reported to vpsslim. no response. plays dead man. process was reported to estonian tax authorities.

    Due to a recent update to the module the settings somehow were reset. We're investigating this issue.

    i had already complained about this last year and was told it had been resolved. now two invoices had to be paid and the error still persisted... well, i guess i was unlucky!

    a 4-day-old ticket on this problem doesn't seem to interest anyone at hostslim either.

    Yes, I saw that you had tagged me recently about this, and I agree that it's a frustrating issue. As you may recall, I asked @VPSSLIM to resolve this issue last year, but without much effect, apparently :/

    Perhaps the issue is finally resolved now?

    (I fail to understand why @VPSSLIM is the only EU provider that has this issue)

    I actually have a different question, which should be the real issue here. Why is @VPSSLIM using Paddle for Paypal?

    If you use Paddle, the form has credit card field, which they already offer credit card payment on WHMCS already, so having 2 different credit card payment merchant is weird. And why they don't simply use Paypal directly on their website and instead rely on Paddle?

    It's the only site that I saw using Paypal via another merchant (Paddle). If they would've used Paypal directly, this issue wouldn't happen at all.

    I would have thought that it was in @VPSSLIM 's interest to resolve this issue ASAP, but I guess not

    If the problem persists, then we may need to consider a more radical measure (but I hope not)
