Need 2TB Storage VPS

My 2TB storage VPS with another host is currently on the verge of death running at about 4 IOPS and I would like it to not do this as I need to use it.
So I'm asking all the gracious hosts here if anyone can match the below to any degree?

CPU: 2 Core EPYC 9655 (yes I know it's Turin and expensive, cores can be whatever)
RAM: 2GB
Storage: 20GB NVMe + 2TB HDD
BW: 20TB (I don't need this much, 5TB will do)
Location: Germany (can be anywhere - US is preferred)
Price: €24 p/yr
