SMTP2GO - Sending using IP Authentication will soon require an upgraded account
Hi,
We hope you're doing well!
We're reaching out to let you know about an upcoming change to our IP Authentication feature. Going forward, this feature will only be available on our paid plans. This change brings all accounts in line, as IP Authentication has already been a paid feature for new users for some time. It's a feature that requires a higher level of development and support, so we appreciate your understanding.
You may not wish to take any action because of this, but if you wish to keep your current settings we recommend either:
Switching to send emails using an SMTP username/password from those IP addresses if you aren't already, or
Upgrading to one of our paid plans if IP Authentication is essential for your setup in the future.
If you wish to take any action, please make any changes before July 16. After that date, if your account remains on the free plan, we'll remove any IP addresses you had previously added. You can manage your settings by logging into the app using your email: [email protected].
Thanks so much for your time and for being a part of our community. If you have any questions, we're always here to help!
Warm regards,
The SMTP2GO Team
