I have a VPS from Dartnode, and it’s been offline for more than two weeks.
I’ve contacted support, and they acknowledged the issue two weeks ago, but still haven’t fixed it.
No SSH access, no VNC, and it doesn’t even respond to ping.
Has anyone else experienced downtime like this from Dartnode? This is really disappointing service.
