We've recently launched our newest AMD EPYC Turin (9005) lineup in Los Angeles, CA. With up to 4.1 GHz clock speeds, the AMD EPYC Turin lineup provides some of the best multi-core CPU performance out of any of our lineups. Additional locations will be available at a later date. In addition, we've lowered the price for our High Frequency VPS plans.

Why choose us?

  • We've been operating for almost 5 years, and fully own all hardware across all of our locations.
  • All of our Ryzen servers are liquid-cooled, and we do not artificially limit the TDP on any of our lineups to ensure maximum performance.
  • We are one of the few providers on LowEndTalk that publicly publishes RAM and CPU usage across all of our nodes.
  • We use extremely well-connected networks in all of our locations, and have a public looking glass for each location.

Policies

  • We stand by our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund the remaining period of your service back to account credit. Please click here to review the full refund policy including the eligible payment methods and potential fees.
  • Please read our Fair Use, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy before ordering. Running blockchain and/or cryptocurrency-related projects are highly discouraged, please contact us before running one and we can give you an approval.
  • We accept any customers from any regions as long as it is legal for us to do so as per United States law. Customers from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Syria are generally not allowed.
  • Port 25 is blocked. It is always recommended to use an SMTP relay like Amazon SES, Postmark, or others.

Payment Methods

  • We accept 200+ cryptocurrencies through 2 cryptocurrency payment gateways, including popular tokens such as XMR, BTC, LTC, USDC, and way more!
  • We accept PayPal, including one time payments and billing agreements.
  • We accept credit cards through 2 credit card providers, including one time and recurring payments.
  • We accept AliPay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, CashApp Pay, Klarna, and others.
  • We accept UPI, CashApp, GrabPay, and many banking methods worldwide via Tebex.

DDoS Mitigation
We offer a basic level of DDoS mitigation across all of our locations by default. However, this can only tank basic attacks, and your VPS may be subject to a null route if we receive attacks that start to impact the stability of our network. If you anticipate DDoS attacks, we highly suggest subscribing to our NeoProtect DDoS mitigation at a rate of $4/IP per month, available in Los Angeles, Miami, or Johor, which will provide you with configurable filters. If you would like this addon, please open a ticket.

We've added some more nodes in Kansas City, and Nuremberg will follow shortly. We're also working on improving our network in Nuremberg with the potential addition of FrankonIX and bigger network ports.

We include 1 x IPv4 address + /48 Routed IPv6 subnet in Johor, Miami, Los Angeles, Kansas City, and Nuremberg.

The exception is for Osaka and Secaucus, which include 1 x IPv4 address + /48 On-link IPv6 subnet. These will be updated to include routed IPv6 at a later date.

DDoS protection is included on all virtual servers in all locations by default at no additional cost.

However, for an additional charge, we offer a higher level of DDoS mitigation in Los Angeles, Miami, and Johor via NeoProtect. The key benefit of this additional protection is that you gain access to set customized rules with a variety of application presets.

If you are running an application that is expected to get a lot of DDoS attacks, especially large and/or sophisticated attacks, it's best to subscribe for the additional mitigation at a cost of $4 per IP per month.

Nuremberg also has access to this firewall for no additional charge through our upstream Dataforest rather than NeoProtect.

Yes, if you subscribe to the higher level of DDoS protection, you get access to the DDoS protection tab which will allow you to set custom rules for your application.

The basic level of DDoS mitigation that is included across all services does not have this feature, except for virtual servers in Nuremberg.
