Minecraft.. what type? Vanilla with Spigot, Paper, etc? Modded server with Fabric, Forge? RAM use will vary... could need 4GB RAM or 16GB RAM.
I know LET caters around VPS but why not just use game hosting with a host running Ptero? Probably get better hardware (and game systems are usually under much less load than a VPS hypervisor) and better pricing for game hosting due to the lack of overhead. I can give you a good deal on Minecraft server in Europe. Hosted on Hetzner right now but it'll be moved in the nearish future to newer hardware off of Hetzner (Germany -> Netherlands). I've been doing Minecraft hosting since like 2012.
