NovaCloudHosting Scam, False promising and lie,
I Extremely Disappointed with NovaCloudHosting.
I had a very disappointing experience with NovaCloudHosting. I initially approached them on June 9, 2025, for a custom high-performance dedicated server. I clearly communicated my requirements multiple times: a Ryzen 9 9950X CPU, 192GB RAM, and 2×8TB NVMe SSDs in RAID 0, with Debian 12 OS. They agreed to these specs and quoted me $260, which I paid the same day via USDC.
I was told the server would be deployed "today or tomorrow." However, day after day, the timeline kept getting pushed. The excuses ranged from "urgent issues" to "VLAN configuration delay." On June 12, they said the final configuration step would be completed by the next morning — but as of June 14, i request refund, as i didnt get response, so i contacted other host and get the server instantly., so i did request refund but after few hour, he replied and deploy the server.
Despite multiple follow-ups, their responses became inconsistent and slow. I gave them every opportunity to resolve the situation, including being flexible on hardware configurations. Yet the delays continued and eventually turned into being ignored.
They kept making false commitments — day after day, I was told "just a bit more," or "just final configuration left," or "ready by tomorrow."
On June 12, they even admitted they had lied about the delivery timing. That’s not a miscommunication — that’s dishonesty.
This is not just a case of slow service — this feels like complete irresponsibility. False commitment, miscommunication with his team, which he admitted already thats his fault, If you're a serious business, hosting provider, relying on deadlines, I strongly advise you to avoid @NovaCloudHosting. They failed to deliver a paid service, didn’t communicate transparently, and wasted valuable time.
but until then, this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had with any hosting provider.
I have full chat logs and proof to support every claim made here. i'll share in comments,
I am requesting moderator to resolve this issue.

I'm more curious about the other host who deliver your server.
But if they finally provided the server it was just a delay

Em dash detected. ChatGPT detected. Opinion disreguarded.
@lirrr what do you think about OP using chatgpt?

Hello LET mod, please ban the OP like you ban me
I wouldn't call this a scam - rather mismanagement.
Should means that it would have been ready under normal circumstances.
sounds like the contact just had no idea what they were promising, but i got confused on the timeline, was the order on 6/9? what was the delivery promise? cuz today's 6/14 and 4 days isn't actually outrageous (except if he lied about the time frame i guess).

They got it on 6/9
@NovaCloudHosting
Request on 8
Self-close the request on 9.
[server got delivered somewhere here]
Rage on 14.
Two glaring issues I see here:
The host spewing BS from day 1 about ETAs and generally having no idea what is going on. What the hell is that “false hopes” message supposed to mean?
The OP paying by crypto, and thus has no chargeback option for relief.
@NovaCloudHosting needs to explain themselves properly or you’ll be dunked on in every request thread that you post in in the future.
Chargeback Yesterday - @cybertech
Oh shit I missed the crypto bit too, that sucks man. But the request says "instant or within a week", it hasn't even been a week yet. Or does he mean within "the" week, as in this week, so yesterday would have been the last day?
Am I just being slow? help.
Hi, I'll give a statement to this by this evening, unfortunately I'm currently away and its a bit complicated to give all facts and infos on the phone.
If you check the dates of all reviews, you'll see that they came over time and not at once. On our discord server, you can surely find many of the users which gave reviews on our Trustpilot page to verify they are legitimate.
red flag red flag
I'm using their IP-Transit service and never had any issues with delivery or problems with support.
Datalix and noez
he told me server is ready by evening. if you see the screenshot you'll know. thats why i commented that i got from novacloudhosting. i didnt know they start excusing and delaying..
Okay, lets clarify this, while trying to be neutral.
The server was activated by this morning, meaning we did meet the deadline of this week, I told fayaz when ordering the server and he agreed upon.
Now, its not possible to make a refund because there are costs involving the technician and hardware. We are currently internally discussing whether its possible to make a partial refund, deducting the costs for the technician. Of course, if we find another customer who would take this exact server without reconfiguring the Hardware, we could give a full refund, but I couldn't find anyone so far.
To the accusation of false hopes and lying, I want to inform you that I did simply give fayaz an update on the deployment status, thinking the server would be ready. There would be no reason for me to lie, if we didn't even exceed the deadline.
Overall, I think it should be clear that we do not scam, nor lie and that we have met the requirements for deploying the server.
I am happy to provide screenshots and dates of the conversation to proof my statement later this evening when I'm back on my pc.
We are not reselling Datalix. Can you please tell me how you came to this conclusion?
Noez is our main provider for IP-leasing, because they have proven to be reliable and trustworthy over time. Every hosting provider has to get their IPs from somewhere.
I know that we didn't make everything correctly and I am sorry for that, but this specific issue with the Ryzen 9 9950X was out of outside of our control. If we don't deliver the server within the initial deadling we agreed upon, we make a refund if the customer asks us to. This time we delivered the server within 1 week, meaning everything is as agreed.
