Looking for quad/dual quad dedi on east coast USA

I'm looking for a new dedi server provider on the east coast.
Here's what I've got so far, PM me if you can match.
2x L5420
24GB RAM
500GB Storage
Gigabit line
5 IPv4 addresses
XenServer
Las Vegas, NV
$50/month
I'm willing to sacrifice a CPU/bandwidth for more RAM and Storage.
Ideally, here's what I'm hoping to get.
Quad Core CPU(At least L5420)
32GB of RAM
At least 500GB of Storage, looking for 1TB or more, preferably in RAID
At least 100Mbit line, preferably Gigabit
At least 5 IPv4 addresses.
Somewhere on the east cost
XenServer/VMware/some sort of hypervisor
~$50/month, willing to negotiate price as long as it's reasonable.

@AthlonII240 - Delimiter has some Dual Hex Opterons, 48GB RAM, 2 x 1TB, GE - it works out at about $49/month, not sure the terms though. Email Steve [email protected]
I think they also have some Dual L5420's, 32GB RAM, 500GB disk for similar sort of money
These servers are based in Atlanta, GA
I don't know how providers can do l5420's for <$50. The power those things use
