What’s the Usual Support Response Time at Host-C?

HushedManHushedMan Member, Host Rep

Hey everyone,

Just wondering—what’s your experience with support response times at @host_c?

To be honest, I just want to know what the usual reply window is. My ticket has been open for over 2 days with no response. I also tried reaching out via @host_c with message, but no luck there either.

I understand delays happen, but I’m holding off on a project while waiting on a reply—so just trying to get a sense of whether this is normal, or if I should be concerned.

Thanks in advance for any insights!

Quick update: just got a reply to the ticket—it’s a restock. Appreciate it, @host_c!

    Hy Kevon,

It should be in stock, it appears it was a misconfiguration on our side.

You can order now if you wish.

Restock on the Infinity STX-147 – Storage 10 TB – I188 – G2 will take a bit more then we initially anticipated, but I am confident we can provide one on Monday 16-06-2025

Reply me if one of the above is still interesting for you.

    Have a nice weekend.

You should always clarify if it's a sales ticket or support ticket.

I have receive a service transfer with Host-c during the weekend, the time window was 24h and they resolved everything nicely.

The service seller has informed me about submitted ticket and I could have been waiting for about few days, but it has been finished overnight!

    First impression quite good.

Based on my experience 1-2 days.
But I assume a request when something is back in stock is handled with a lower priority compared to other tickets.

    @HushedMan

had anymore issues? we are pretty busy here with a ton of stuff, so yes, our reply were slow, and might probably be for a short while.

You can bring the pitchforks on me for this :)

  • I submitted a service transfer request on a Sunday and it was dealt with in 2 hours. I wasn't expecting a reply until today. If they don't respond, assume they are busy with something to make their hosting even more awesome than it already is.

I submitted a new ticket two days ago but haven’t received a response yet. I’m wondering if my issue might be a bit unusual. :hushed:

Is it possible to add 1TB NVME storage? I noticed the max extra NVME storage option is 200GB.
