For window vps you need atleast 2core and 4gb with windows server os. If want to use windows 10 pros need more core or RAM or need proper optimization like modified tiny os.

So, @hosthatch is there. Good to know. And a decent solution I guess (I have a few VPS from them (elsewhere) and am quite happy with them. Also benchmarked them and they were decent).

Wouldn't even try anything less than 2 vCore, 4 GB memory for the Microsoft stupidizor (TM) though.
