    Check Kimsufi b&c both have free setup and their cheap.

    I don't recommend these servers. I wish I still had the YABS but they are really slow. Single-threaded GB6 of 600-700 and disk speed of 80 MB/s (despite claiming to be SSD). If your use case is perfectly fine with those specs then go for it (buy the 3 month term to dodge the setup fee), but if not then save yourself the money.

    Well its better then paying some shared vps servers for this price. And i got dedicated resources , it works pretty good for my case.
