Is there any way to reach out to RareCloud?

The VPS has been down for a while now, and I can't ssh into it. There is no network at all, and all I can do is stare at it through the VNC from the control panel.
I don't know how long will this network outage last. All I need is to transfer a couple of files out, and then I am going to cancel the subscription. They aren't responding to tickets either. Is there any way to reach out to them at all.

Can you ping gateway?
Can you ping IPv6 gateway?
Can you ping beyond gateway?

Nope. Tried pinging but it doesn't work. There is no network. 100% packet loss.
If the files are super important and VPS is accessible from the vnc session, you can try exfiltrating them by taking screenshots. Like compress, base64/hex encode, cat one screen at a time and take a screenshot, save screenshot with date time for reassembling later, page down, repeat. Not the most fastest but better than loosing everything. Better if the entire process is automated.

I wanted to let you guys know that the VPS went live again just a while ago. I managed to backup the files that I wanted, and now I am going to be cancelling my subscription.
Also, a lesson learnt. Always take backups.
Well good to know its back up, one of his techs is usually always online on teams and very helpful.
