Hello,
I’ve bought a few Oracle Cloud accounts, but they all got banned after 2–3 days. I also tried creating accounts myself, but wasn’t successful. In the end, I had to buy them—but I’m still looking for a working one.
If anyone can help me get a reliable account, I’m willing to pay. If possible, I’d prefer an older account that's been active for a few months.

LoL you will get your account banned as soon as you will change you billing information( Card Details)
No one will give you access to account with their card attached.
