Hello all,
Interested in anywhere that can offer residential IPV4/V6.
Ideally high single core performance due to licensing of the firewall software which is core based.
Previously built out on DataPacket and while the performance was excellent, the blocks to many locations due to ip blacklisting was no fun.
Will operate as a SD-WAN headend so traffic will be seen as originating from server hence the residential request.
Requirements:
Uplink: 10GBPS port
Usage: <15TB per month
CPU: Single thread >4k passmark

We have FiOS residential.
Port 25 is open.
We can telnet to MXroute and write a message, which appears in the recipient account but under spam folder.
FiOS residential is same network as FiOS business, but with different policy.
Server hosting is only permitted on business.
Static IP is only available on business.
