It is fair use. We usually do not throttle but if we do it will be throttled to 100 Mbps.

Fair use is not set in stone as we try to accomodate as much as possible. Burst are fine, just don't use the whole nic like it's open bar. Worst case scenario is throttle to 100Mbps.

No ipv6 support at the moment.
we wanted to expand to Switzerland but with the new privacy law that is being discussed there we paused those plans.

Yes it will be within ou FUP for the hypothetical tor node.
