This is just a silly question, nothing serious.
I have a KVM VPS in the US, with 400 Mbit/s IPv6 connection, no IPv4, 512 MB of RAM and 5 gigs of NVMe SSD
CPU is and AMD EPYC-Milan, only one core
Sysbench (sudo apt install sysbench) reported me 1423 events per second
I am asking on this forum, what is usual price for this thing?

That's a micro VPS with a solid cpu, for those specs I'd say it's worth about $1/month at most. Some providers occasionally offer such plans here for cheap yearly price <$10
