I'm looking for cheap dedicated and willing to pay <$40/mo.

Specs I need:
1Gbit link (preferably dedicated)
6+ Cores
16+ GB RAM
1x small SSD disk for OS
12+ TB HDD (2x6TB+ or ideally 3x4TB+)
Europe location preferably

    I think dedicated 1 Gbps is not happening on $40/mo, especially with the 12 TB storage request. You may need to up your budget or settle with fair share 1 Gbps.
