We're more than ok with crypto nodes, if you want to mine crypto you'd be better off with a dedicated server or VDS.

So you don't actually do mining? This activity should be fine with most providers, only Hetzner could be angry (but I haven't had any issues with non-mining Monero RPC node, so might depend on a coin much)

Quite frankly, you shouldn't mine on a VPS. It would use too many resources for a "shared" service.
For us, while I'm okay with say a crypto node (and even Tor exit relays), while our TOS doesn't mention it (yet) I'll disallow mining on anything except for GPU-based servers (which we don't offer).
If you need to crypto-mine just colocate a GPU server with cheap power. Or use AWS/Azure.

Do you think those low-resource providers at 5x prices will allow someone on their plans to consume more than the real amount x in crypto? Come on, friend, you're lost using nulled licenses. You say you have tons of experience with other companies, but you're leaving a lot to think about with yours!
See real plans, many don't sell quantity, but quality and they even charge you a fee for high resource consumption!!1
You probably need VDS for nodes, and dedicated/GPU for mining depending on your algorithm.
