Chargeback last year. For future: test lg IP in blacklists and from lg ip range test random ips for blacklist. Going further - investigate whole asn.
Was the IP address already blacklisted or did you set up a mail server and later the IP address was blacklisted? Did you warm up the IP address? Tell us the IP address and the date on which you rented the server.

Step 1 is probably not intentional but does happen, 2 is up to them based on the case. 3 is def odd and you can just open a dispute at that point if there was no communication in between.

Which lists was it on? Can you provide the exact IP via DM? For most lists it is easy enough to get off with minimal proof of new user unrelated to the abuse.
