I am having trouble accessing my 2 dolla nat from Gullo hosting. From solusvm and main site dashboard I can't interact with my server in any way like console access, reboot etc. Main site dashboard indicates that it is active so I don't think I got banned. It has been going on for 10 hours. I didn't open a ticket because @Cam forbid it.

In a deal like this, if something breaks, you buy a new one. It's illegal to complain or ask for help. You could be imprisoned for 2 years.

It probably cost more than $2 in time and energy to make this thread. Buy from a reputable provider. You always get what you pay for.
If your server is offline, then you can absolutely open a ticket. We have no other complaints regarding this server, so to resolve your issue I will need your service details. Please provide them in your ticket.
My service with gullo hosting on the bf1 node is also experiencing problems not being able to ssh in earlier today, finally had at look at the console and it seems my vps had been shutdown I have started it and can see the vps is online but still not able to ssh into connection refused on the nat port
bummer, ya just communicate to them.
I also had a issue with them. Ssd got corrupted as they told after rushing issues. My all my three vms running good right now. Im using 3 servers at 4.5 usd for a year.got them in a offer.
