That's just basic human decency.
Providers can and do take steps to objectively reduce the amount of information they collect and store about customers.
Though it’s true that not all claims about being privacy respecting are true for all hosts.

Looks like they only have cPanel and are based in India. Far from ideal all around.
Edit: 0frills is their subsidiary which has DirectAdmin. Not sure what jurisdiction it’s located in, though.
