1. „Anyone who had the 1GB (increased to 2GB with the offer) can upgrade from within the billing site under upgrades“ - Why should I upgrade my product if the upgrade costs as much as the new package if you buy it in the shop?
2. „5 x 10GB Email Accounts (Email Storage is not counted in web space)“, „20 x 10GB Email Accounts“ - The first quote is from here, the second one from this offer on your webpage. Which quote ist correct?
(I wasn't sure if I should ask you here or through a ticket, but I decided to ask here because especially the second question might also bei relevant for other people.)

Re #1... When I purchased upgrade from my account as suggested, I was given credit for earlier purchase so it cost me 3.50GBP to upgrade.
