I don't think any provider in the US ignores DMCA. It's literally a law there.
@Rubben there must be a way - mullvad, proton all of them have US based servers and they are renting it from providers. From what i understand is that providers receive the notices but since VPN companies dont have any customer info and cant forward the notice the chain ends there.

You just need to do the same thing. No logs therefore no way to identify user (assuming you’re operating a VPN service that is).
Also few other things but then again I don’t suppose you’re really trying to operate a VPN here?
