Hello!
After a long break from posting, I'm back with a message that may come across as negative publicity but it's important nonetheless. I'm sharing this for those LET members who have services without active email addresses associated with them.

As you may have noticed, today both HAZI.ro and your hosted services in Romania experienced approximately two hours of downtime.
The root cause of this incident was a combination of factors: in parallel with a previously announced power outage (lasting around 8 hours due to grid maintenance work), our sole diesel generator failed after about 4 hours of operation. At that point, the entire load was shifted to our battery systems, which are designed to provide up to 4 hours of backup. However, after two more hours, we made the decision to perform a controlled shutdown of all servers to prevent a hard outage, which could have led to data loss or corruption due to unwritten cache data.
Fortunately, we managed to repair the generator about 10 minutes before the grid power was restored. The generator is now fully operational and we are prepared for any future outages.
We sincerely apologize for this incident. Please rest assured that we are doing everything within our power to provide transparent, high-quality services, while maintaining the competitive pricing we offer.
We also want to remind you, as per our Terms and Conditions, it is your responsibility to maintain external backups and have a contingency plan in place, independent of HAZI.ro, especially if data availability is critical to your business.

The email above will reach all affected customers this evening and as a background, for about 2 hours today it seemed like HAZI.ro completely disappeared.
