Question, if you have Google workspace for free (original g suite user) what benefits would there be to signing up to a namecrane lifetime?
Email hosting for other domains - since you're locked from adding/changing domains in the legacy G Apps/Suite/Workspace accounts.
You could even use the fetch feature if you prefer their interface to pull emails for those others domains into your Gmail inbox.
Or you can do it the other way around, since we also have a fetch feature/send via remote SMTP.
Meaning actual alternative domains showing each of them as the routing server rather than multiple aliased domains under one primary as with Google workspace?
Right, if you want standalone hosting for those other domains rather than relaying via gmail or whatever other sending method.

1. what percentage is the commission? (per sale)
2. does affiliate earns commission if the referred user renews his product? (recurring commission)
3. what is the hold period for commisson after I refer a user to NC? (that is number of days after sale the commission is credited to my aff account)
1) It's around 7 - 10%. On a 250GB lifetime cranemail you'll get $7 I think?
2) Sure, but remember, lifetime plans don't renew.

Manually setting DNS records is somewhat troublesome, and adding the Export Zone File will be very convenient.
I'm in Asia, which of the two regions is right for me
You can ping both us1.workspace.org and eu1.workspace.org. I would think us1 is going to be better almost every time.

Got a sample of what you mean by this? In a BIND zone format or...? BIND export would be good, or maybe use the DNS templates feature for Cloudflare importing.
