What's Your "Can't Live Without It" Utility App?
Beyond the big names like browsers or social media apps, we all have those smaller utility apps that just make daily tasks smoother. I'm not talking about complex enterprise software, but those simple, often single-purpose tools that become indispensable. For example, I've been using a very straightforward screen capture tool for years that has a super quick annotation feature – saves me so much time.
It got me thinking: what's that one small utility app – on your phone or computer – that you rely on almost daily, or at least very frequently? Maybe it's a specific file organizer, a clipboard manager that remembers more than one item, a simple unit converter that just works, or something else entirely. Why do you find it so essential, and what makes it better than alternatives you've tried? I'm always on the lookout for these hidden gems that boost productivity or just make life a bit easier.

I installed an app called stay on my phone, which allows me to freely install greasyfork browser plug-ins on my safari browser, which is very practical.
None, because I can live without a phone, let alone an APP.
But I use most time the browser and notepad++.

Don't know, because OP is garbage AI. But I like ShareX.
Depending what sort of workflow you're looking for.
As Timbo said, ShareX if you're looking for easy uploading, hot linking, gif, video, basic editing. It's a one stop shop for a lot.
When I'm at work, I'm just taking screen shots to be sassy over email. Windows built in snipping tool is plenty. WIN + SHIFT + S
Can either paste straight away or click on the notification for easy highlighting, lines, arrows ect.
