Whatever you do stay away from HostSlick, I just bought a server from them. I paid with BTC, it was confirmed. They even sent me the payment confirmed email. The VPS was never used it went to "Pending" status so I wrote their support to activate it. The next morning I wake up and its marked as "Fraud". I never even used the VPS and I have written their support more, but no answers.
A friend of mine had a contact inside the company so I wrote them direct on Telegram @host_sales, and he even called me a dickhead for saying they scammed me. Amazing.

Your screens don't really show a scam.
You ordered a server, it got flagged as fraud by the system and you got impatient and instantly accused them of scam.
I probably would word it differently than @HostSlick , but I would also be annoyed if I instantly get accused of a scam, just because you don't get a reply to your ticket within a few minutes (in the middle of the night).
