Looking for server providers offering huge amount of extra IPv4 IPs as an add on

If you know of any providers offering the ability to add on lots of IPv4 IP as add on, Please comment below the provider. My use case would be 500-1000 or even more. Each IP should not cost more than $0.5.

Thank you!

Why not just lease a /22 or larger and then have a provider announce it for you?

Thank you, I looked into it. Is IPXO the best option in terms of reliability and pricing? Are the IPs so called "clean"?

IPXO is a marketplace - some IP ranges can be clean, some of them can also be blocked by databases. It's always the best to do a research before leasing such subnet.
