Have you ever encountered SmokyHosts VPS shutting down automatically?

Their VPS shut down automatically for no reason. Have you ever encountered it? How did you solve it

    I had that happening with a Windows Server on a different Provider a while ago. Turns out I'd just forgotten to add a license it and it was shutting down automatically after X amount of time. Once the license was installed it's been running fine.

    Did you try to open a ticket with support to ask why?
