I don't want to continue this server anymore since its specification is way overkill for my needs which is simple blogging with low traffic. I bought super cheap shared hosting from here as replacement.

I would check with GreenCloudVPS to see if this server can be transferred or not. They tend to disallow transfer of servers people bought from sales, just saying.

I have used this server for 3 years. And as I said before it's way too overkill for just a simple blog and I forgot to migrate my data before its expiration date, so I'm renewing it anyway. Let me check first if it's not allowed, thanks.

IIRC only flash deals aren't transferable. Most deals should be fine.

Only GreenCloud Flash deals VPS from recent TOP PROVIDER 2024 SALE are not eligible.

Update: I got answer from greencloud ticket recently, and they said it can be transferred with $10 fee.

I think they only disallow the very cheap deal (like 7$ deal independent day), the normal holiday deal still transferable
