I am looking for a dedicated server in Ashburn with a minimum of the following specs:

• 20 cores
• 128GB DDR4 RAM
• 1TB NVmE
• 10Gbps

Budget is around $100, but open to other offers. Location is a must, please do not offer me other locations

Isn't the budget too low compared to the specs you want? Also do you know which CPU model has 20 cores? If it's to be paired with DDR4, i only know of Xeon E5-2698 V4. That CPU with 128 GB ram + 1tb nvme and 10 gbps for 100? Please check the offers available and try to "set" your budget.

Your budget may need to become more reasonable but when I think Ashburn, Quickpacket is who I think of first.

If you'd like to increase your budget a bit, I believe Xenyth Cloud has some stock on a E5-2680 v4 / 128GB / 2x 1TB SSD / 10G configuration for $167, 330TB traffic is already included.

I've used Xenyth before - [network] quality is good, but it seems some people have some beef with him anyhow

True. I was assuming unlimited given he did not ask any specific bandwidth. Where is this offer from?
