I was robbed by the Cloudcone, All of my websites data is destroyed by rediculous reason , which I did not establish any mail service on the server.


no one can read this message means, it does not have time stamp, either sender IP. This is even created by a robot from the ID. Mail title is even could not readable to anyone. this is the reason they terminated all servers on this forum.

Then all my data was destroyed. I have put time and money on the website,now they are all gone.

the IP 74.48.77.91 has no issues in spamhaus, which is a mistake listed.

This provider is even worse than the Charity, now they ignore all the tickets I respond.

If anyone need check ticket I can provide more info

    @SantaClaws what is date of bot notification? I see second email is April 25. You had time to address issue and engage host. Did you contact them after first notice? Please be detailed and date all comms presented.

    You should have responded to the abuse report ticket. They had given you with 7 days to respond.

    I already reply the ticket on the 25th April, ask them why the server is stopped. they tell me there are more tickets about suspend. At this point the server is offline but still there,
    then after one hour the server is terminated

    I thought it was only the bandwidth exeed limit, which happens during last 2 month

    they suspend the server in 24 hours after first ticket, I dont have 7 days.

    So you waited 7 days to take the screenshot?
    Your first image shows they had forwarded you an abuse report from iCloud (not spamhaus) 7 days ago. Their TOS says you have 7 days to rectify this in the first instance.

    I don't really see an issue here?

    You were asked to investigate the matter on your own and then give reasons why that might be a false alarm.

    Your answer didn't address any of those (unless there is more messages which you haven't provided here).

    I can't see fault in case of cloudcone here.

    You failed to interpret the message and severity of the mail.

    First of all, I dont make any spam.
    This is the discussion base, either me or anyone else did not hack anything.
    The 25 port is closed on the vps, no mail port is enabled.Then we can continue to dicuss.
    Those who are making judgement here are huge fans of Cloudcone?

    You are asked to provide reason.

    Did you at least write above in the reply to the provider?

    If yes, provide the screenshot of the ticket.

    From these letters it doesn't look like 25/tcp was blocked, how and when you determined that?

    ONE of The domain is even a fake domain : ckpuirp.kwzsib.com.local

    and none of them pointed to my ip in the last 3 years. This is total fake info in the ticket

    Have you request mail port open before ? If you havent then that a valid reason to start a drama.
    On the first ticket, tgey send you abuse notice 7 days for you to clarify/answer or take action but you refuse to do it until recent. You also dont take backup recent so it on your own. Maybe Cloudcone host got hacked ?

    Looks like there are two different abuse cases - one 7 days ago (from today?) and 3 days ago (again, from today?)
