@Francisco Can you please check you PM one last time?
Hi. If you don't mind me asking here: Are lifetime packages upgradable? Say if I get Lifetime 250G with 15 domains, will I be able to upgrade to the 500G with 50 domains, and so on?
Can't wait for it.
They are upgradable. They charge the difference at the time you upgrade. Can do the upgrade from the panels services section.
Thanks so much for the reply. Upgrading would be great to scale! 😁
I’m excited for cranemail EU! Waiting for the day.
I am first on the waiting list, stay in the line!
are you?
We are, both of us.
I am generous with small things.
I'm happy to let you go first.
Francisco
If I wanted to migrate to the EU location when it's available, what would be the easiest way to do it?
From what I recollect @Francisco said US-EU migrations are NOT possible.
You'll have to order in EU when it becomes available.
You cancel and order again.
We aren't providing migrations or assisting with it. It's a ton of work on our part and we already begged people to wait.

@COLBYLICIOUS
Gotcha, I'll migrate before renewing then. Like I said it's for personal stuff so no much difference.
waiting for the EU edition of cranemail, I'd like it more. thx.
Just keep both
I might do this myself.
Why both? For redundancy? If yes, how?
I already paid and setup my email there. I don't want to have to go through migrating it.
I am not following you. You are not going to migrate yet you are saying you will keep both US and EU locations?
Yea, when EU location come out, I will get it and keep the US one because I already paid for it and have one of my emails setup there. I don't want to migrate it to EU.
Ugly words.
Cranemail service is great. However, the Smartermail webmail is not very accessible for people who uses screen reading software. Most of the elements on the webmail interface has no label. I could use a mail client, but I wouldn't be able to use some of the features that are available using the web interface.
I signed up for the $20 for three years with a 100 GB package in March, and to test the service, started to move some domains over from MXroute to Cranemail. Initially, adding the very first domain went ahead without any problems, but trying to add some additional domains (and link them to the originally created mailbox for the first domain) was where I encountered problems, and I reported this to the help desk, but could not get resolution. Because of that, I moved my domains back to MXroute, and left one in situ with Cranemail - which works perfectly fine - by itself.
