    I'll open a work order. You can reinstall the machine and test it. There's nothing on my machine.

    yes, that's true. this is repeated many times for germany. i'm disappointed with the quality, taking more powerful servers doesn't make sense

    Definitely won't extend this VPS - 17 hours of downtime yesterday with a lousy excuse of mistakes in assigning tickets. My opinion is that the cause (malfunctioning node) should be detected by monitoring - and it would prevent having to enter tickets.

    I have problems too, ordered on 10, opened a ticket on sunday 11 and no reply yet.
    What's the refund policy ? was paid using paypal

    Looks like RareCloud is having quite some issues with their Düsseldorf location. Is it the same in their other locations, e.g. Romania and US?

    My instance at Dallas, US is solid since the 1st day (May 11). However the extra RAM has not been added yet.
