Experiences with Aspire Hosting

Does anyone have experiences with the Frankfurt servers of Aspire Hosting?
I have a small problem because although their support wants to explain to me that their servers are connected to the internet at 1 Gbps; however I notice that this does not apply to all upstreams, especially not to their Deutsche Telekom uplink, which only provides 20 Mbps.
They now want to make me believe that the software installed on my server is to blame for the poor speed, even though I showed them speed test results that the speed via GTT is actually 1 Gbps.
The crazy thing is that the traffic to Vodafone Germany (AS3209) to the GHOSTnet data center in Frankfurt, where Aspire hosts its servers, is also routed via Deutsche Telekom, which means that Vodafone customers in Germany also only get a maximum of 20 Mbps.
Instead of blaming their customers, Aspire should either upgrade their Telekom uplink to 1 Gbps or remove it completely, at least for Vodafone customers. 20 Mbps are simply not enough nowadays.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems that Aspire Hosting uses GHOSTnet servers and does not operate its own network.

We can easily reach 5 Gbit/s+ towards DTAG through our GHOSTnet routes, so I don't believe there is any link congestion.
