How to Contact Hostodo Support?
How to contact hostodo.com? Their site doesn’t have an option to generate a support ticket, and they never respond on live chat either. Their VPS is 100% working, but I needed a little help. However, there is no way to contact them. Is anyone here using Hostodo’s service? How do you get in touch with them?

@Hassan This VPS has not been working for the past 12 to 24 hours. Please fix it as soon as possible. IP: 66.187.7.48. I have created a ticket and contacted you via chat and email, but there has been no response from your side.
I have a good experience with the provided VPS, but this is what I miss too. The built-in ticket/support system. But probably (I hope) we can contact with Them via email. Sadly the mentioned 'legacy control panel' not a working solution for a relative new user, because the registration 'disabled' on it.
I also have some generic - maybe stupid and not important - question about a 'manual' service renewal, which is not 'clear' for me (I have a yearly plan). There is an "Auto Renew" switch on the new console, but manual way for it?
Edit: looks like the ticket system works without registration on the 'legacy' panel. Sorry.
Getting a bit concerned..
Connectivity in Detroit has been shit since 5/1.
Website seems to be hosted there as it's hit or miss whether it loads.
Live chat widget can't be accessed since website is down.
Status page says no issues in 90 days.

live chat just useless, i have send a message since 21/06/2025 no response.
This eventually sorted itself out, but today it's begun again.
Same post word for word except I'm posting on day 1 of the issue (7/6).
I typically always get the Teams or Telegram of the owners any companies I work with.
Issues seem to have cleared around 16:21UTC (started ~11:22UTC) after 5hrs.
