Thank you for the cookie banner report, you might try another broswer without extensions and see if the problem still occurs, as the banner was made as complaint as possible as required by the European GDPR, so the user has to punch in authorization before we can use their information and sell it back to black market bad guys to make us lots of illegal cookies.

It does look good on mobile though, just not on the browser which is Chrome in my case

Have you tried clearing the cache?
Are you using any VPNs?
What Device and Broswer are you using?
This information will come in very handy to do a thorough check.

It seems to be normal now, website loads smoothly and looks better than the old one. Maybe it just required time after publishing it. I'm on linux/Chrome and not actively using a VPN. Website did start to operate normal without clearing anything though.
