to anyone thinking about buying from this host: they will remove your ACTIVE recurring promo from your VPS with no warning or reason and then close / delete tickets requesting an explanation / reversal.

The ticket above was closed after the support agent response and I couldn't reply or reopen it, so I created a new ticket requesting more information on why the promo for my VPS was removed and that ticket was deleted completely without response or notification.

You initially ordered a VPS in the Sofia location, where your promo code was valid, and it was successfully applied. However, when you subsequently reinstalled (reinstalled) the VPS in another location, where this promo code does not apply, the system automatically canceled the discount.
