Yes but it is pretty much on a case by case basis. If it affect the whole node you will be rate limited. This doesn't happen often but when it does we usually rate limit to 100Mbps.

The usage that trigger the rate limit. Like how many TB in how long or something else.
That's what I said. There is no hard limit. Our nodes are well balanced and there is a lot of room for bandwidth usage.
If you burst 500Mbps it won't be an issue.
It just about being aware that you are sharing a 1Gbps and being a good neighbor.
We are monitoring usage per node and if it is sustained it will be rate limited to 100Mbps.
However there is no hard rule.
Just be a good a neighboor.
