Sure we can do that, just open a ticket

I've got 2 same specs servers from prohosting. Their dashboard needs a bit of maintenance because it's really sensitive to multiple inputs at once. Apart from that, it's been stable and has good performance. @ProHosting24 do you have plans for offering an API on prohosting24.net?

    Thanks for the feedback!

We are all in all not completely satisfied with our current panel ourselves, although some folks really do like it fortunately. ^^

But to shine some light on the future:

Everything that we are running is going to be backed upon the ph24 api, which is our new cloud focused label: https://ph24.io

This means that we are going to be able to offer much more services, features and useful things like a fully documented well written Rest API while keeping the same sales related characteristics you are used to.

Fixed prices, high quality, occasionally some good deals to fill some space in our clusters etc.

But you could actually already utilize ph24 today if you'd like:
    https://ph24.io/about/api
You would only need to HMU for custom pricing as ph24 would probably blow up your budget

You could reverse engineer the curremt legacy API, but you will not be able to manage your machine using an API from a hypervisor which doesn't run your machine.

There are some repos on github where people started to play around with the backend:

    https://github.com/Intevel/prohosting24-wrapper
    https://github.com/GermanKingYT/Python_ProHosting24API

As you can see those repos are already 4 and 5 years old, but that stuff should still work.
We never really pushed any release with breaking changes.

  • @ProHosting24 i see billing works by using credit from top up. After my first term, will there be a reminder to top to my credit? And is there a possibility of setting up recurring billing via PayPal or Stripe?

You get a reminder 3 days before your VPS expires(or more? idk).

I think there is a recurring possibility but I personally have never used it.

Sounds good. I will however forget to pay for it in time at some point. If there is automated top up, I’ll take it. Just didn’t find it yet in the panel.

    great as always

  • There is an issue with IPv6 management. It takes no effect when I add an IPv6 address on the panel. Besides, I can't delete any IPv6 address added manually.

That functionality is used for setting rDNS

  • But I saw a plus button and clicked it, saying "Add an IPv6 Address".

Yes it adds it into the address management, but none of those additional addresses, neither ipv4 nor ipv6 are autoconfigured in your guest os

In this backend likely never, but it is going to be replaced by a wrapper of ph24 api soon.
In the ph24 environment instances receive their addresses via dhcp

    That's to much.
I guess we could make 20tb included and then offer you additional 30tb via commitment at 63€/m

I'm wondering why you are doing a sale, when the systems are not working for month now? This will make it worse for all customers. My system is in idle!
