Miami usually doesn't get discounts. Miami is a location that still uses rented servers since Miami doesn't have any great colo and DDoS protection options like other locations (NJ, TX, EU, etc...) So comparable hardware on the Miami location is nearly as high as the Singapore setup.
In the future things could change for Miami but no options right now.. sorry
