looking for a recurring, affordable and high spec annual NAT VPS

I need a NAT VPS with a minimum of 2GB RAM and above, if possible prioritize in Asia but it doesn't matter if it's not in Asia and I'm more interested in recurring annual payments. My budget is under $15 and of course I want it to be as cheap as possible. Then if possible, I need a NAT VPS that has good uptime. Is there a provider that provides NAT VPS according to my wishes or do I have to add to the budget?

The reason I chose NAT VPS is because I should be able to get better specs compared to VPS with a more or less similar price.

Update:
I need ipv4 (I know this is shared but it doesn't matter), I don't want just ipv6.

    If you pay annually and use code 50offannually it comes out to just above 15/yr. If you lower the storage you can get it less then $15.

    hello @Cam , I have used your service, I like it but at the moment I have limited budget, plus the specifications are still far from what I need at that time and I am thinking of stopping but in the future I will reconsider.

    Its like ordinary vps, just not with public IP Address, rather a shared ip and some certain port specific for each user.
