I wondered this like 2 weeks ago and from a quick search and asking a few friends the VM will get access to the cache. So x3d CPUs vps are very useful for certain tasks that require tons of CPU cache

CPU Host Passthrough is disabled on the majority of 7950XD systems. Was a quick fix due to a known stability concern that causes the host to randomly crash on certain tasks.

In reality the issue was that AMD Ryzen CPUs never officially supported nested virtualization and certain use-cases would cause the crash. Newer kernels has thus disabled this feature to prevent crashing.

Never got around to re-enable CPU Passthrough on the systems.

@labze what happens if the bandwidth cap is reached by chance? For 6 TB of storage it's not unrealistic to believe that a rare month or two it may breach the 10 TB bandwidth cap. Do you charge for overage (if so, how much?) or is the server throttled down to 10 mbps?
