SSH RULES

Allowed - support legitimate website management tasks – such as editing files, using WP-CLI, managing Composer packages, or interacting with WordPress plugins

NOT allowed - general Linux use, containerisation, installing third-party binaries, or running persistent services or daemons

Breaking the SSH rules will result in SSH being blocked, breaking these rules does not entitled you to a refund, we have been clear what is not allowed on this thread because a handful of people feel they need unrestricted access on a shared platform.

Our previous thread we sold a lot of account, no issues. A handful of people attempted to install VPN software, attempted sudo commands after clear warnings that is forbidden in a shared environment

    When i deploy a front UI website, the server blocked connection with back server which communicate with RESTful API. Is this webhosting traditional configuration? Or do you want to impose restrictions to get more value-added sales?

    I do not think should i expose back server URL and details to you. Your request involves the privacy and security of users.

    I have never see a webhosting that limits connections with other servers.You should at least show this ridiculous limitation in your product description.

    As a provider as any will, when a customer asks for certain ports to be open, these are instantly recognised

    We wish you the best of luck with your new provider.

    Private information would be IP addresses, name, address, domain names.

    Stating Virtualizor and the amount is not private information.

    We will not engage with this matter on a public forum any further, we advised the process to unblock this and instead of working toward resolving the issue you reply here instead of working to resolve your issue

    We have refunded both of your accounts and given you the time to backup all your data which is 72 hours.
