OVH Canada Account – Login Panel Showing "Error 504: Backend Unavailable" – Anyone Else?

Hey everyone,

I’m using an OVH Canada account and currently my dedicated server is down. When I try to log in to the OVH control panel to check what’s going on, I’m getting this error screen:

The message says "Error 504: Backend unavailable". From what I can see, my browser and the OVH CDN are responding fine, but the backend server on OVH's side seems to be unavailable.

Is anyone else facing this issue with their OVH Canada account right now?
Or is it just something affecting my account/server only?

Appreciate any insights. Thanks in advance!

Update:
Just checked again — my dedicated server is back online and I'm now able to log in to my OVH Canada account without seeing the 504 error.

Looks like whatever the issue was, it's resolved now.
Thanks to anyone who checked!

  • It currently appears that OVH's GRA and RBX nodes have been offline on a large scale.
Your account is normal, it's just an OVH issue.

Thanks @zrj766, good to know it was an OVH issue.
Everything’s working fine on my end now. 👍
