That's not true. We do not intrude on customer services. That's manufactured lies taken way out of context. If ever we login to customers servers is to support with their consent. If a security alert happens, the customer is warned, then suspended. We do enforce AUP and violations are taken seriously when data that is disallowed by AUP is found public.
Nonsense. Customer AUP violation fee was waived, although he knows he violated.
Moreso, he still has the free FTP account, just moved data to the private folder so it's not publicly hosted. It was not file scanned, it was public resolved using curl --resolve.
Again, nonsense. AUP Violation (2 of them) and complaints taken way out of context.
Still snooping. No one’s buying that you went to all that effort for an FTP storage account with a throwaway domain. You were digging through user data. Just own it.
