Which country in APAC are you looking for?

xTom Frankfurt is 157ms, Racknerd Strasbourg is 161ms, and BakkerIT Meppel is 162ms to SG.

    Yes SG

My first look would be at @Hybula.

Actually I ran a benchmark just a few days ago. The results to SG are 160 ms and 160,6 ms (I tested 2 targets).

I'm not sure and have no experience with them but I often heard that @Clouvider also has very good connectivity.

    https://advinservers.com/cloud

We have KVM Premium VPS available in our Nuremberg, Germany location.

You can use https://lg-nbg.advinservers.com to test our network connectivity.

    Ping test: https://ping.sx/ping?t=lg-nbg.advinservers.com

    ~151ms to Singapore

I'm not sure I can help with that, I'm still figuring things out.

As most of this should go via Marseille (and more connections on e.g. Palermo), I would check Milan and Paris (as e.g. Marseille is sparse and expensive).

I've got around 151ms on Scaleway Paris to SG and ~146-149ms on https://bgp.tools/as/60798 from Milan.

Germany and Netherlands is mostly a tic slower in latency ('ve tested several providers, getting in the range of 154-162ms (as best latency) for Germany and Netherlands).

  • Frankfurt <> SG 147ms using GSL via AAE-1

unfortunately it is a metal-to-metal and not a VPS.

We've got GSL in Amsterdam which has been pretty good for latency to many countries in Asia so far. For example the IP in the MTR shared by @nanankcornering "206.148.24.214", nets around 152 ms from our Amsterdam setup.

If you have a test IP at hand (eg even a gateway IP or what ASN your side is at) that would help figure out the ideal network by running some traces to.

Hi, What is the pricing for atleast 2vcpu, 100GB NVME, 12GB RAM, BW 1TB?

Hetzner Cloud and Contabo—both German providers—now run data‑centres in Singapore, giving you EU‑level pricing with sub‑100 ms routes across most of Asia‑Pacific:

Either will give you solid connectivity into SEA, ANZ and East Asia while letting you stay under a European contract.
