I would like to keep track of the purity % as well as wind control % of all our subnets.
Some subnets may be 100% pure as my name literally means Pure/Holy.

We get a lot of tickets asking for "native" IPs and this is the site people link to, which has "Risk control value". Anything between 15-25 is considered as "Pure".

It's somewhat similar to websites like https://ipdata.co/, where IPs are assessed and given a trust score.
Fuck me, my home broadband IP from (ex-) national ISP in Poland aka Orange is 12% so not good enough for OP. :-D
It doesn't seem important, but its database might be limited.

They believe that this parameter will help them get closer to a “residential” experience, e.g. less likely to be recognized by cloudflare/google as a bot and have annoying captcha pop-ups.
Plus it's not related to gfw at all
