Ovh service transfer info

I've a question, if a server that has a exceptional permanent discount of 10EUR applied automatically every month on the invoice, and i transfer it to a new ovh id, does he will keep the discount applied?

Usually yes.

But if that discount is due to commitment, the price may go up upon end of contract until you commit again. At the same time, OVH has every rights to increase the prices in the future which they did for many other services too.

The service hasn't a commitment, basically i got that permanent 10EUR discount for a delivery issue with a service i had, to apologize, they applied that discount, and they told me that is permanent until the service is renewed. I've opened a ticket to get confirmation about the transfer of contract, if that discount remain or not. Thanks for the reply

Just got a reply to my ticket, sadly the permanent discount can't be transfered on another service/server, and it won't remain if i transfer to a new ovh id contact.
I don't know what to do, i no loger need that server, but for €19,99/Month for an I7 7700K - 64GB RAM - 2 x 450GB SSD NVMe and 1Gbit/s it's a good price.....
I don't want to let it expire..
What do you advise me to do guys?

I've a question, I've installed proxmox on that server, and created a VPS, but i'm not able to make internet works, i tried with DHCP and giving him a Static IP.
I only have public 1 IP (the main on the server)
