Unfortunately the wording confuses me further. There seems to be a conflict of words here. It says "scale to unlimited", but it also says "till you continue to renew". So does it increase "until you cancel" or "until you renew"?

It's not the same thing, however. By "until you cancel" means what you've clarified, but "until you renew" would mean that it stops increasing once you've renewed the first time. I figured you meant what you clarified it to mean, but the wording of "till you continue to renew" really threw me off.

What backup options do you have? (via software or whatnot) given there's no ssh
We take daily offsite backups of each and every account. As a user, Directadmin has site backup feature which you can use to take your own backups!

Too many users have been asking if the coupon code is recurring, coz Clientexec (the billing panel we use) shows the complete amount of the package as $29.88 in the members area, after the account is deployed, even though you have already been billed correctly, the discounted amount.
